The Account Executive will be the key point of contact for creators/ artists/ partners, facilitating and helping drive quality delivery of all content outputs. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent work and maintaining relationships with key creators/ artists/ partners to execute on objectives and grow our business and community base.
✍️ Responsibilities:
- Handle creators/ artists/ partners’ service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between them and Ather Labs and being compliant with creators/ artists/ partners’ and company policies, and deliver satisfaction
- Examine creators/ artists/ partners’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to proactively offer them the best solutions
- Build up and maintain good relationships with key individuals (project owners)
- Be able to debrief clearly and give exact proposition and direction to internal team to develop proposals and win projects
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings
- Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & build close relationships
- Control budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability for company
- Stay abreast of the latest digital tools and trends
- Perform other tasks as and when needed.
- Report directly to the Product Director
Requirements: 🌟
- At least 2 years working experience in a similar position
- Experience in business development or partnerships, or account management, or project manager (for the art projects)
- Good at English both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable organization within a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in art concept development or have experience working with many art storytelling projects will be a plus
