Artist Account

We believe that securing and engaging high-level artists and high-quality content through an effective account management strategy is crucial to separating our platform from the rest. Thus we are looking for an experienced Artist Account Manager to focus on onboarding and engaging a consistent stream of talent to Sipher and grow our affliate and derivative arts.

Role: The Artist Account Manager role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationships between artists and brands and our Sipher initiatives, optimizing their NFT drops, exploring growth opportunities for the company, and ensuring that account-holders are happiest on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing with business development organization in a fast-growing company
  • Interfacing with celebrities and brands to source and close high-value partnerships and deals
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings and the NFT space to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Presenting marketing opportunities to company executives and management as well as talent management
  • Assessing marketing and sales performance and recommending improvements as needed
  • Overseeing the success and reoccurring GMV from the talent that we onboard
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of senior account management experience in brand and/or celebrity partnerships
  • Experience in working with artists and creatives, both direct and remote
  • High-value deal and pricing negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Self-driven work ethic and team-focused coordination
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and people skills
  • Empathy and strong ability to act as a client advocate

Preferred qualifications:

  • Has led sales/business development for seed-stage and/or growth-stage company
  • Entertainment and celebrity industry background
  • Understanding of the NFT space
