✍️ Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition and top-line business growth through all viable paid social and digital marketing channels.
  • Run constant analysis and evaluation of paid digital channels (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Responsible for individual channel performance, ROI/ROAS goal setting and improvements and timely recommendations for incremental spend.
  • Generating actionable insights to inform channels growth and optimizations to drive results towards business goals.
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to create top engaging creatives based on past consumer engagement and industry best practice.

Requirements: 🌟

  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated management level experience in marketing in mobile & game industry
  • Experience in developing and execution comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Experience in user acquisition process & methodology improvement in conjunction with product and marketing teams to ensure ROI maximization
  • Experience in user acquisition by various channels & platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Applovin, Unity…)
  • Highly analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CPC, CPA, and payback period
  • Growth Hacker marketing experience and pedigree driving mobile app downloads
  • Data-driven decision maker, with the ability to process and present data
  • Proven mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns
