Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam yet we are an international bunch with hybrid roles, with backgrounds from Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and counting.

đź“Ś KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all legal matters of entities under Group
- Draft and review contracts, legal documents of company’s operations and in all projects assigned by direct management. - NDA, MOU, SPA, SHA.
- Direct contact with the appropriate authorities to conduct the legal proceedings related to business operations of the company as assigned by managers directly - Establish a company and all adjust

- Prepare materials for external legal counsel and manage these relationships to ensure the organization’s interests are well-represented
- Be in charge and monitoring all agreements with investors of Group.
- Evaluate the organization’s current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise management on all legal matters and the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the organization.
- Oversee legal defense actions and represent the group in matters before courts, government agencies, or other authorities in order to protect the organization’s legal and business interests. Drafting company operating regulations

- Training relevant units on professional skills according to the approved/made plan
- Update working method according to the new process and suitable for the company
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management or Board of Directors.

✍️ REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written is essential.
- 3+ years of extensive experience at private law firms and/or multinational corporations focusing on commercial laws including e-commerce and privacy.
- In-depth understanding of laws and regulations related to tech, gaming, or the entertainment industry.
- Ability to provide valuable advice and solutions to business timely assessing various aspects and risks comprehensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and overall tech-savvy.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure.
